During this intense, two-day seminar, we will cover philosophy of ministry, how to secure non-profit status, volunteer connections, how to establish and grow a board of directors, structure of a recovery home, scheduling, coaching, staff development, employment policy, intake and home procedure, fundraising and more!  You will have all the tools you need to start or improve a residential recovery home for survivors of sexual abuse and other childhood trauma.
