Coach

Wellspring Home Duluth
This is a live in position, working side by side with another coach.  Both coaches share the responsibilities of teaching, mentoring, shepherding, maintaining program structure and disciplining. 

Shift possibilities:
Saturday 9 pm through Wednesday 4 pm
Wednesday 9 am through Saturday 9 pm

Main Focus: 
Life-on-Life discipleship with up to 14 women coming from traumatic and / or unhealthy lifestyles.

Job Responsibilities include:
•  Maintain a growing and active relationship with Jesus Christ
•  Life on life discipleship relationship with each participant
•  Maintain the structure of the program through schedule and guidelines
•  Lead by Example
•  Facilitate Wellspring Discipleship Curriculum, Team Building or Truth Talk Classes
•  Oversee Visitation
•  Supervise participants at church and other organized events
•  Facilitate individualized learning during Focus Packets
•  Assist volunteers in Connection Classes
•  Oversee grocery shopping and menu planning
•  Weekly Progress Reports for each participant
•  Handle any disciplinary needs
•  Assist with Equine Therapy
•  Oversee weekly chores
•  Volunteer at the Wellspring Store with program participants
