Be a Mentor
Mentors are women from the community with a desire to pour into the lives of the women of Wellspring one on one. Mentors commit 4 hours every Tuesday evening to spending time offsite with one of the ladies in the Wellspring Program. We ask that mentors continue to support their assigned lady for the duration of the program, and prayerfully even beyond graduation.
Mentors are provided with training at a preliminary 3 hour seminar. They are educated about the Core Values of our ministry at Wellspring, our Philosophy of Recovery, our Statement of Faith, Mentoring Guidelines, Mentoring 101 for new mentors (includes mentoring goals, tips for understanding the girls, and tips for the first mentoring night.) Mentors will also recieve a list of great ideas about how to spend mentoring time!

Volunteer at the Store
The Wellspring Store was created to help support the operation expenses of the Wellspring Program. The store is run almost completely on volunteer power. People who do not choose to teach in the home often give of their time to sort or price clothing, run the register, pick up furniture or a variety of different activities to support the ministry through the Wellspring Store.
