Wellspring Living offers a low cost safe place where motivated women who need a chance to start over can begin to rebuild their lives.We provide a low cost, residential program for women, consisting of a six month, intensive, therapeutic environment, followed by six months of supported transition.

1.  Print and fill out the Intake Application (Helpful Document #1) posted in the right column. 
2. Mail, fax or email the application to Wellspring Intake Director:  Fax - 1.866.521.8356,   Email - hrinehart@wellspringliving.org, Mail - 140 Howell Road, Suite C-2 / Tyrone, GA 30290
3. Have blood work done.  Each applicant must be tested for Tuberculosis, All forms of Hepatitis, and HIV.
4. Fax results from blood work to 1.866.521.8356.
5. After receiving your application, the Intake Director will contact you to set up an Intake Interview.
6. Pay the part of the cost of the program that is the responsibility of the participant. 
7. The Intake Director will help the participant determine a date for entry into the Wellspring Program.
